Crimes: Domestic Abuse, Murder

Phillip Raymond Hernandez of Natomas, California, USA, is a despicable, vile pile of puke. I’ve been meaning to write about the roadturd for a couple of years, so I guess now is the time.

Phillip Hernandez and his wife, Jessica, weren’t a happily married couple. They had “issues” which meant violence and spousal abuse. Into that awful situation, Matthew Hernandez was born.

Phillip and Jessica Hernandez had two lovely boys who ultimately were not equally loved by their father. See, Matthew most resembled his mother, and that didn’t endear him to Phillip Hernandez.

After years of violence toward her and the boys, Jessica Hernandez had had enough. She split up with her abusive husband. Phillip Hernandez wound up serving time in prison for spousal abuse. I’m sure his time in prison just served to make him angrier and angrier.

Jessica Hernandez did her best to raise her boys. She found work as a stripper which, although unsavory, did pay better than a lot of jobs. Little did she know that her efforts to earn more than bottom dollar would result in tragedy.

See, when Phillip Hernandez got out of prison, he decided to fight for custody of the children. The judge, one Sharon Lueras, seemed to ignore or downplay the history of violence on the part of Phillip Hernandez, but couldn’t get over the fact that Jessica Hernandez was a stripper.

Incredibly, sickeningly, tragically, the judge handed over custody of both boys to Phillip Hernandez, the vicious, drug-using, wife- and child-beater.

Winning custody wasn’t enough for the hellbeast. He truly wanted his estranged wife to hurt more than she could have imagined possible. And with custody, he had the means to make that happen.

In February 2013, when Matthew was only 9 years old, Phillip Hernandez put his plan into effect. It was evening, and the boys were asleep in his house.

First of all, at 9:00, the monster went to his uncle’s house with a bible, and announced he was Jesus Christ. All the better for an insanity defense.

Phillip Hernandez then went back to his home at 10:45, but did not go inside right away. He headed for his backyard where he had a hatchet. To get into his house, he smashed the rear sliding glass door with a dumbbell.

Matthew Hernandez - Jessica Hernandez - Judge Sharon Lueras - Phillip Hernandez - Sacramento Family Court - Sacramento Superior CourtMatthew was asleep on the couch in the living room/prayer room. The noise hadn’t woken the boy up, but it had alarmed his great-grandmother. She rushed to the room in time to see Phillip Hernandez raise the hatchet above Matthew. “I’m going to do what I have to do,” he told her, and proceeded to brutally attack his son.

Matthew died from blunt force trauma to his head, bless his wee heart. By the time police and firefighters arrived, he was already gone, having never woken up when the lethal attack began.

The evil, murderous bastard was arrested about a mile away. He was charged with murder.

Detectives interrogated Phillip Hernandez and asked if he would’ve done likewise to his elder son. His reply was, “I wouldn’t have touched him.” I guess that boy looked more like him than his mother.

Hon. Sharon A. Lueras - Sacramento Family Court - Phillip Hernandez - Jessica Rose Hernandez - Matthew Hernandez - Sacramento Superior CourtThe trial began March 11, 2015 in Sacramento Superior Court. The defense argued that the killing wasn’t premeditated, and their client had been acting strangely beforehand.

Fortunately, the jury decided, after almost 3 days of deliberations, that the murderous father had indeed had a plan that he’d carried out decisively. Phillip Hernandez was convicted of 1st-degree murder.

At the end of April, 2015, the judge sentenced Phillip Raymond Hernandez, 38, to 25 years to life in prison. The evil bastard was also ordered to pay restitution to the family in the amount of $14,000.

I, for one, hope and pray that this violent killer never sees freedom again. I hope and pray that every day brings him pain and suffering, for that is what he inflicted on Jessica Hernandez, their surviving son, the grandparents and great-grandmother.

I also hope and pray that the judge who awarded the killer custody will learn to look more carefully at the character and less at the occupation of the parents in her court. It boggles my mind how she could think a violent man with convictions for spousal abuse and a past with drug use would be better for the children than their loving mom who was working hard to afford to raise them.

RIP, Matthew. I extend my sympathies to the family and friends who mourn his loss.

I totally agree. How DARE you use a parents occupation as a means of obtaining child custody! I hope the judge who gave custody over to that violent thug is fired from legal work!

Tom I doubt that would happen, they all piss in the same pot, and she probably sleeps well on a night. She won’t lose her job, just a shame she won’t, that judge is an absolute idiot as thick as pig shit.

How about a milkshake filled with little razor blades for this monster to
    drink?
