Crimes: Pedophiles, rape, conspiracy, child porn

James Osborne of Ohio, USA, is a pedophile. A rotten, stinking, festering pile of sheep shit kind of pedophile. You might get the idea I really don’t like pedophiles and you’d be right. I loathe and detest them all, even the criminally stupid ones like this guy.

James Osborne pled guilty in 2010 to having sexually explicit photos of young children on a computer he took to a repair shop in 2007. That’s right — he took a computer containing child porn to a repair shop! Duh! What a f*ckturdian thing to do!

In 2011, James Osborne was found guilty of a single count of pandering obscenity involving a child. He was sentenced to only 5 years of probation, and was classified as a Tier II Sex Offender.

Obviously the sentence was not sufficient to change James Osborne’s pedophilic nature, but it wasn’t completely a waste of time. In 2014, Lorain County Sheriff’s Office tracked him down to follow up with his compliance with the terms of his probation. What they uncovered was absolutely disgusting.

The police found James Osborne living with his fiancée, Heather Koon, at her home in Oberlin. When they interviewed the pedophile, he admitted to using the Internet. That was a big no-no in terms of his probation agreement, and so the investigators confiscated cell phones and a laptop from the home.

I’m sure the investigators expected to find that James Osborne had been accessing child pornography on the Internet. What they found I’m sure surprised them. They discovered evidence that the fiancée, Heather Koon, had sexually assaulted 4 children, including a 1-year-old and a 2-year-old, while she worked at ABC Kidz Child Care in Elyria.

Apparently, between March 28 and April 2, 2013, Heather Koon took the little ones to an employee bathroom and molested them. She’d videotaped the assaults with her cell phone and sent them to her fella for his depraved pleasure. He in turn, via cell phone, told her what he wanted her to do sexually to the children, and she complied.

And wait, there’s more! At another daycare, Country Day School in Amherst, Heather Koon had taken photos of a 3-year-old child engaging in sexual behavior. No doubt she’d shared those with her fiancé too.

Somebody tell me how the f*ck these baby raping hellbeasts find each other! Is there a dating app for pedophiles? Do they use code words on Facebook? Or do they meet by chance in playgrounds?

Anyway, on October 4, 2014, Heather Koon was arrested and charged with 2 counts of conspiracy, 40 counts of rape, 16 counts of kidnapping, 4 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, 48 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, 1 count of tampering with evidence and 1 count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.

In other words, Heather Koon was in deep, deep doodoo. And if investigators hadn’t been checking up on her boyfriend, they might never have learned about the nasty pedo hellbitch.

James Osborne was charged with 2 counts of conspiracy, 12 counts of complicity to rape, 48 counts of complicity to kidnapping, 4 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, 8 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, 1 count of tampering with evidence, 1 count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and 1 count of failure to register.

Yup, James Osborne was in deep, deep doodoo too. What was a nasty pedophile to do?

Well, this particular hellbeast pled not guilty by reason of insanity!

On December 11, 2014, James Osborne was sentenced to 8 years in prison for violating the terms of his probation agreement. Awww, the poor pedo. And that was only the start of his troubles.

James Osborne, 37, changed his plea to guilty of 4 counts of complicity to rape, complicity to kidnapping, and pandering obscenity involving a minor. On October 19, 2016, he was handed 4 consecutive life sentences for his crimes. Yay! That’s one pedophile who’s out of circulation.

Why so harsh? Because the judge found him to be a sexually violent predator likely to commit more offenses in the future.

On June 30, 2016, Heather Koon, 27, pled guilty to 4 counts of rape, kidnapping, pandering obscenity involving a minor, 3 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, 1 count of tampering with evidence and 1 count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity.

Heather Koon’s attorney said that she had felt “compelled” to sexually abuse the kiddies but had “a lot of remorse” for her crimes. Heather Koon’s attorney also insisted that she’d been a sexual assault victim as a child, and wasn’t a real pedophile — she’d only wanted to please her boyfriend.

Heather Koon herself apologized to the victims and their families, and promised she’d never commit such crimes again if she were given a chance for parole.

One mother spoke up, asking the judge for the maximum sentence, and had harsh words for the baby raper.

“I have finally come to the realization that nothing I say to you will ever hurt you as bad as you what you’ve done to my daughter,” the mother said. “You took away her innocence, her trust and most of all the sparkles from her eyes.

“There aren’t sufficient enough words to describe my hate that I have for you. You don’t deserve to ever see the beautiful light of day ever again. You deserve to rot not only in your cell forever, but also in hell.

“I hope that you hear the screams and cries you heard from raping these babies, forever. I hope it eats and eats away at you until you just kill yourself. It is taking every bit of strength that I have inside of me not to leap across this table and choke every bit of life out of you.”

The mother of a 3-year-old victim said of her daughter, “She doesn’t trust adults at all.”

One father of a 2-year-old victim said, “Hopefully [Koon and Osborne] get nothing less than life. I never realized creatures like this exist.” Sad to say they do, and in abundance.

On November 29, 2016 Lorain County Common Pleas Judge James Miraldi sentenced Heather Koon to 4 concurrent life sentences without the possibility of parole. Yay! And that’s 2 pedophiles out of circulation.

I wish all the best to the victims and their families. I hope they get all the love and support they need to get past the trauma and go on to live happy, successful lives.

I wish Heather Koon and James Osborne a long, lonely existence behind bars.

Revolting the Child Abuse what has Happened

Naturally Child Abuse Warrants the Death Penalty but the Sentence is
Still an Improvement upon the UK under ” European Human Rights ” and
the EU Abyss where Child Abusers get ” Sentences ” that make a Mockery
of the Suffering of the Victims

Looks like Far More Justice Regarding Child Abuse in the United States
of America than the United Kingdom with the Abyss of ” European Human
    Rights “

    I Agree

British Justice has been a Travesty and a Mockery of Justice

Any Country that Cares More about the ” Human Rights ” of Rapists than
their Victims is a Sick State of Evil

    Death Penalty For Rape Simple
