Crimes: Burglary, Animal Abuse, Torture
There’s not much to admire about Frank Lewis of Port Talbot, South Wales. There is, on the other hand, a whole lot to be afraid of.
Frank Lewis, 18, enjoys killing animals. He enjoys torturing them first. He has extreme right-wing views on race and sexuality, so I’m pretty damn sure he’s working up to attacking people. He also has friends who share his hobbies, interests and beliefs. As I say, he is frightening.
Big surprise, Frank Lewis wasn’t employed. He lived on benefits so he had oodles of free time to spend on honing his torturing and killing skills. He also had oodles of money to spend on his beloved collection of guns and knives.
Frank Lewis took a member of his cohort with him one day to have their sort of sick fun with a sheep. They stole one from a field, stabbed it in the neck and dragged it into some woods. They then hung the poor creature up by its back leg from a tree branch, stabbed it and cut its head off with a machete. The nasty pair of monsters enjoyed it so much they took photos and posted them on Frank Lewis’s Facebook page. Disgusting little f*ckturds.
Big shock — the monstrous animal killer was caught. He was visited by child psychologists who got to listen to his frightening racist, homophobic, far-right beliefs. The psychologists concluded that Frank Lewis shows “psychopathic traits” and signs of an emerging personality disorder. Isn’t that special!
For torturing and killing the sheep, Frank Lewis was given a 9-month referral order and curfew. Ok, so what’s a referral order? I had to look it up.
“Courts give referral orders to young people who plead guilty to an offence on their first or second time in court. They’re usually issued where the young person’s offence isn’t serious enough to warrant a custodial sentence.”
Well, right there I have an issue that torturing and killing a sheep wasn’t serious enough for time behind bars.
I learned that, with the referral order, staff from the Youth Justice Service meet with the offender and ask questions about his life. They talk to the parents, coworkers, teachers, etc.
The offender has to attend a Youth Offender Panel comprised of 2 trained volunteers and a Youth Justice Practitioner. The parents and the victim can also attend. And all together, they will create a plan to change the offender’s life, including some reparation and “offending behaviour programme activities”.
Frank Lewis’s mom couldn’t attend as she’d died by suicide years before.
Two weeks after being sentenced for the horrific sheep mutilation, Frank Lewis was at it again.
The nasty, scary little psychopath had invested in dogs to participate in his twisted, sick pleasures. He wanted to “train” them but alas, he had no creatures on hand for them to kill. And then he remembered the cat sanctuary, Ty Nant, located in Cymmer, South Wales.
The good people of Ty Nant poured their hearts and souls into rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming cats. I salute their dedication and their love of animals, and I offer my heartfelt sympathies for the horrifying, sickening ordeal they and the cats were made to suffer at the hands of Frank Lewis and his 15-year-old pal.
On July 30, 2016, the 2 worthless, repugnant shitpiles broke into the cat sanctuary and made off with 10 cats that had been nursed back to health by volunteers.
Apparently, only Frank Lewis was involved in the actual torture and killing of the cats. He slashed their legs to make them easier for his dogs to catch.
Three cats were found mauled to death near the sanctuary. Four were mercifully found and returned alive, but 3 others were never found. They are presumed dead.
The cause of death was determined to be a vicious attack by animals.
In January 2017, Frank Lewis, 18, pled guilty in Swansea Crown Court to burglary and criminal damage. (Notice he wasn’t charged with animal abuse which I don’t understand.) He was sentenced to 30 months in a young offenders institute.
That’s not long enough for a psychopath with such sadistic tendencies. And I can find nowhere that he’s banned from owning animals. He should be, IMO. I fully anticipate he’ll get into dog fighting sooner or later, or badger baiting.
Theresa Ahmed, the owner of the cat sanctuary, called Frank Lewis and his cat-thieving pal “pure evil and beings without a soul”. She said, “The burglary has changed my life forever. The sickening realization that cats were missing and what had happened to them will remain with me for the rest of my life.”
I only wish that Frank Lewis could have been handed a sentence that would remain with him for the rest of his worthless life.
I truly hope that all eyes will be on Frank Lewis for years to come, so that at the first sign of criminal behaviour he’ll be plonked behind bars.
I also truly hope that the female population of South Wales will be averse to getting involved in this sadistic little monster. He’s probably aching on an excuse to cause pain to somebody or something, and he’s proven himself to be capable of heartless, hellbeastly behaviour.
And let’s not forget his cohort of like-minded asswipes. I don’t know their names, but I hope they’ll get their comeuppance soon.
I really hope that the cat sanctuary is able to continue doing their good deeds for vulnerable cats.
