Chisako Kakehi

Crimes: Serial Killer

This story admittedly boggles my mind. I look at this picture of a youngish-looking 67-year-old woman and see a friendly, open face. I would not ever suspect her of being a veritable siren who lured men to their deaths. I would not ever think her capable of the wiles she used to snare many men into relationships or marriage. Hellbeasts obviously come in deceptive packages.

This ordinary and friendly visage belongs to Chisako Kakehi of Japan. She is a notorious individual, and has been dubbed the “Black Widow” in the press.

It seems that man after man had fallen for this geriatric female’s charms, only to fall dead soon after making her their beneficiary.

Her last husband’s death in December 2013 was one too many. The 75-year-old died a mere 1 month after the wedding, poor guy. He hardly had time to enjoy married life. Chisako Kakehi was proving to be a good wife too, plying him with “health supplements”. It’s a real shame that the capsules were laced with cyanide.

Kyoto prefectural police arrested Chisako Kakehi because an autopsy on the newlywed man showed the presence of cyanide. She was finally out of luck. And she had been one helluva lucky killer.

The “Black Widow” had decades before run a printing plant, and that’s where she obtained the cyanide that she used to kill 6 to 10 men. Obviously she had plans for the cyanide way back then, and it wasn’t to kill rodents.

Chisako Kakehi managed to amass almost $9 million from inheritances and insurance money without getting caught. Greed was her undoing. She could’ve stopped and should’ve stopped but couldn’t resist one more murder.

After her last husband died, suspicious authorities checked the stored blood sample of her 71-year-old boyfriend who passed away after falling off a motorbike in 2012. They found cyanide. Busted!

The police searched Chisako Kakehi’s Osaka apartment and her home in Muko city. They discovered a packet of cyanide buried in a flower pot.

The authorities examined the bodies of 4 other men who had died suddenly in her company. They all had cyanide in their systems.

As best I can tell, this is the timeline of Chisako Kakehi’s predatory and murderous love life:

– 1994 her first husband died at only 54 years old
– 2006 her second husband died at 69, presumably from a stroke
– 2008 her third husband died at 75
– 2009 a boyfriend died presumably of cancer
– 2012 her 71-year-old fiance died while riding a motorcycle
– 2013 her fourth husband died
– December 2014 she was arrested.

I expect there are gaps, probably in 2010 and 2011.

Chisako Kakehi had found her victims on dating sites. They were all reportedly healthy before they got involved with this hellbitch.

I have to wonder how on earth this plain, older woman managed to accumulate so many boyfriends/husbands. I think it’s less than what she said or did, and more who she targeted. I am guessing, of course, but I think she went after desperate, lonely men who were wishing for someone to care for them.

Anyway, Chisako Kakehi went on trial for the murders of 3 men, and the attempted murder of one more.

The defense strategy was to claim dementia, innocence, and insufficient evidence. Judge Ayako Nakagawa dismissed those arguments, and determined that the monstrous murderer was fully responsible, and that her crimes were premeditated.

After all was said and done, the killer admitted to poisoning only her 4th husband. That wasn’t much of a help to the outcome of the trial.

Chisako Kakehi, 70, was found guilty of the serial murders, and on November 7, 2017, the court sentenced her to hang. Her millions didn’t buy her a long life.

I’m glad that this remorseless killer is facing real justice, and won’t live to kill again. I hope people will take a good look at her photo and realize that evil can lurk within the most innocent-looking people.

Long may Chisako Kakehi rot. And I extend my condolences to the families and friends of all of her victims.

It seems that nobody is exempt from committing murder, even pensioners. I hope this disgusting woman stews in prison for the rest of her miserable life.

It said she’s gonna be swinging from a rope, and unlike America, her country doesn’t wait decades to execute them. We all should halfway leaf outta their book.

She needs to be kept in a locked metal collar and kept on public display
