Bradley William Lemay

Bradley Lemay
Crimes: Serial Rapist

A woman in Camden, Maine, had needed some work done on her property back in 2008. She needed help with landscaping, mowing and general cleaning, so she hired Corey and Lise Prock to do the work. When spring 2010 rolled around, the Procks had a new employee to help them out. Unfortunately, the employee was Bradley William Lemay, a hellbeast with multiple convictions for violent sexual assault, kidnapping and burglary. He’d only gotten out on probation in February 2010 after serving 21 years.

I don’t know why the Procks chose Bradley Lemay to work for them. Was there really nobody else willing or qualified to mow and rake in Maine? And not only did the Procks hire the convicted serial rapist, they failed to let their client know that he was a violent felon.

Now it could be that a background check was never performed on Bradley Lemay, but how did he account for the missing 21 years in his employment record? Who did he offer as references?

Bradley Lemay’s criminal history began when he was a juvenile. In 1983 he was convicted of rape and burglary. In 1989 he was convicted of kidnapping and gross sexual conduct. He was sentenced to 35 years then but served only 21. And when he was released, he was itching to rape some more.

Having met and done work for the Procks’ client, Bradley Lemay decided she would be his next victim. In the evening of June 8, 2010, he broke into her house armed with a knife. What followed was four hours of undiluted hell for the poor woman. He repeatedly raped her at knifepoint, and I’m sure the victim was in great fear for her life.

At 1:34 a.m. on June 9, 2010, when Bradley Lemay was finished and had left the premises, the victim was able to call 911. She reported that she’d been raped, and that the rapist’s name was Brad. She was also able to describe the f*cktard’s vehicle.

At 1:44 a.m., there was another call to 911. This time it was a resident on John Street who reported a strange vehicle had pulled into their yard, turned around and headed west. The description of the vehicle matched the rapist’s.

Officer Daniel Brown spotted the vehicle in Camden and tried to make a traffic stop. Bradley Lemay didn’t feel like pulling over and instead put the pedal to the metal. Officer Brown pursued.

The chase ended at 2 a.m. when police in Rockland used a spike mat to puncture the tires of the suspect’s vehicle. Those spike mats work — 3 tires were flattened on Bradley Lemay’s car. The depraved beast was arrested and hauled to jail.

Bradley LemayBradley William Lemay was charged with gross sexual assault, aggravated criminal trespass, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, assault, burglary, and eluding an officer. In other words, he was in a sh*tload of trouble.

So did Bradley Lemay behave himself after he was arrested? Hell no. On July 2, 2015 the asswipe decided to escape. He actually tried to climb over the fence at the Knox County Jail. The poor widdle wapist fell and hurt his widdle ankle. He was treated for his boo-boo, and then sent to Maine State Prison.

So did Bradley Lemay behave himself from then on? Hell no. In August 2010, he sent a letter to his brother asking him to visit the victim and offer her $150,000 if she would drop the charges. He also instructed his brother to threaten her with harm if she did anything stupid.

Too bad for Bradley Lemay that his brother took the letter straight to the police. Kudos to the brother for doing the right thing!

The result of his misbehavior was that Bradley the nasty POS bastard was charged with tampering with a victim. What a f*ckwit!

The trial of Bradley William Lemay, 45, took place in June 2011. It was hell for the victim who testified against her rapist. That’s because the defense attorney, Christopher MacLean, accused her of being a liar. That’s right, Bradley Lemay’s defense was the sex was consensual. What a repugnant, nasty, low-down defense! Accusing that decent, honourable woman of having a fling with the beast and afterward falsely accusing him of rape! Reprehensible!

Thankfully the Knox County Superior Court jury didn’t believe the defense’s bullshit and found the serial rapist guilty of gross sexual assault, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, eluding police and tampering with a victim. Yay!

At sentencing, Assistant District Attorney Christopher Fernald asked for a total of 76 years in prison. He pointed out the hellbeast’s criminal history, and he read from a letter written by the victim.

“I have lost the sense of calmness and safety that I had always experienced in my home and in the community,” the victim had written. “In a way, much of my world has collapsed and I have not been moving forward.”

Bless that poor woman. I hope and pray she can find peace and security now.

Defense attorney Christopher MacLean argued that 76 years was way too unfair and unbalanced. “Most criminal defendants charged with murder are sentenced to less than 76 years.” He suggested 15 to 20 years would be more appropriate.

Christopher MacLean suggested that there were mitigating circumstances: his client doesn’t abuse substances; his client was able to find a job soon after being released from prison; his client has the support of family and friends; and his client has had an “unfortunately sad life”.

Bradley Lemay was sentenced by Justice Jeffrey Hjelm who found no persuasive mitigating factors. That job the serial rapist got after being released was how he was introduced to the victim. The family support he claimed to have he abused when he asked his brother to threaten the victim. And of that “unfortunately sad life” the judge said, “Mr. Lemay’s adult life may be unfortunate and sad because he has chosen to break the law.”

“Mr. Lemay has proven himself to be a very dangerous individual who is not hesitant about engaging in acts of violence,” Justice Hjelm said. “Mr. Lemay is a person who is not capable of living in an open and peaceful society.”

And then Justice Hjelm lowered the boom on Bradley William Lemay. He sentenced the vile beast to 55 years for raping the victim. To that he added 10 years for tampering with a victim, 1 year for attempting to escape from jail, 5 years for eluding police, and 5 years for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon. The sentences are to be served concurrently.

The best part of the sentence is that before he even starts serving his time Bradley Lemay has to finish serving a 5-year sentence for violating his probation.

Justice Hjelm rightly said that Bradley Lemay will be “very old” by the time he’s eligible to be released from prison.

But that’s not the end of the story. Of course Bradley Lemay’s defense team appealed. They argued that the judge should not have combined trials of separate offenses into one. On July 5, 2012 they lost their appeal. Yay!

And still that’s not the end of the story. The victim launched a civil suit against the Procks and Bradley Lemay. Good for her! The 7-count lawsuit included: assault, fraudulent concealment, negligent hiring, negligent supervision, negligence/failure to warn, negligent infliction of emotional distress and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The victim settled with the Procks out of court. She went on to win her lawsuit against Bradley Lemay on April 29, 2013, and Justice Hjelm awarded her $1.5 million.

Justice Hjelm ruled that because of the monumental, life changing effects the night of terror had had on the victim, she deserved a substantial award of punitive damages. I’d say $1.5 million is pretty substantial.

I’m pretty sure the vile, vicious serial rapist isn’t earning much in prison, but the victim has 20 years to collect damages. But I don’t think the lawsuit was about making the rapist pay — it was probably more about the victim feeling vindicated. During the criminal trial she’d been labeled a liar by the defense. Winning the lawsuit proved she’d been absolutely truthful all along.

I hope the victim has all the love and support she needs to live a happy life now. I also hope the Procks have learned from their mistakes. But most of all I hope Bradley Lemay rots and festers in prison and realizes he has nobody to blame except himself for what a total waste he turned out to be.

Killpedos, i’m thinking of my own version of sharia law, cat of nine tails sounds good but i was thinking more along the lines of a bamboo cane for this horrible bastard, then i would get some of my kitty’s shit and rub it into his wounds that the cane made. Hopefully my cats hogan and morse’s shite would be full of horrible parasites, now thats what i call “bengals law” similar to sharia but more sicker. And if i was in a bad mood that day, i’d do a jihadi john and chop his bollocks and meat stick off instead of beheading the fucker. I know, i need to see a therapist lol.

Dear readers, I thank you for your patience. I have been working on another facial reconstruction instead of the next article. With luck I should have a new article posted tomorrow, but my priority admittedly is the Jane Doe I’m working on.

I was born and raised in Maine. Even in the 21st Century they remain about 50 years behind the rest of the country. It’s unlikely that a background check was done. It’s even more likely that the couple in question were friends with this cretan and decided to give him a job even though they knew he was an evil piece of slime. It’s even MORE likely that one of the couple was related to the perp. Furthermore, the law enforcement up there still leaves a lot to be desired of. (Research the Joyce McClain case…)I’m impressed they managed to catch him and take the case to trial.
